Concept
Our

main concept is about young

loose cannon mavericks in society
today, and the way that they have
evolved in the world today and also
the effect of the actions that they
commit.

Inspirations
These

are some of the productions that had

inspired our ideas, although they are not all
web drama, they did a big part in helping
choose our main ideas.

Idea 1 Midnight crew

This idea is about a gang of 20 year old
gamblers, who are obsessed with street
racing. The intro will show a 30 second clip
of the previous episode as a recollection of
what has happened so far and also the
characters involved. The opening clip will
begin with a scene of gangsters playing
poker in an underground club.

Idea 2 - Jailbreak
This

drama is based on an international drug dealer

who has been convicted, but then learns that he has
been granted a mysterious bail. This drama will also
begin with a 30 second clip intro, showing images of
the different countries and cities that he is wanted in
and the names cast will show in the wanted posters.
The opening of the drama shows a scene of prison
doors opening, with a mysterious shadow seen walking
out and then walks into a dark alley, seen giving some
sort of object to another mysterious character and they
then shake hands and walk into the shadows

Idea 3 Past bedtime

This

idea is based off teenage/young adult life in

London. It is set at night time, and portrays the
youths as reckless and antisocial people who
commit crimes such as theft and serious
violence. The opening starts off with a 30 second
clip of the characters who are in the production.
The production begins a group of four people in
school discussing a house party that a boy
decides to throw due to his parents being out of
town.

USP
Our

unique selling point is that we will have

will be that during the credits, it will show a
behind the scenes video of the web drama
and during the credits you will be able to
click the names of the cast and will be able
to view the character information and the
productions that they have previously
starred in and this way, the viewers will be
more involved with the production.

Target audience
The

target audience for our web drama will

be for adults 15 to 30 because this age
group are the ones who most relate to this
genre of web drama as they are often the
age group who are included in these
productions and also because the drama
may include some violent scenes that are
not recommended for people of a young
age.
