    Screenshots Online Application Requirements

    In order to register on the online system, I did not need tax ID information or any forms. I had to get the
    District and School ID numbers: District (0508940) and School (00601). Once registered, I was given the
    following instructions:

    The Contact Information and Organization Information consist of only a few straightforward, basic
    questions. The main work for the application is in the last two sections: Organization Background, which
    has one text box to write about the items listed on the screenshot, and Proposal Information, which has
    multiple fields to complete and asks about the specific project.
