Subject: Corrigendum in the tender enquiry for procurement of Oil bound distemper and
Synthetic Enamel Paint in BHEL Township, Sector-17, Noida.
As approved by the competent authority vide note dated: 07/10/2014 an open tender
enquiry in two parts bid has been issued vide NIT No.-08:AA:NOI:ADMN:Paint: 112:201415, dated:15/10/2014. The full tender documents are uploaded on BHEL web site & CPP
portal and the prospective bidders are permitted to download the tender document from the
web site for submission of their bids. The schedule date of opening of techno-commercial bid
(Part-A) of tender is 05/11/2014 at 3:30 PM.
No bidder have quoted tender document till today i.e. 04.11.2014. Hence for getting
required bidders it is proposed to increase the submission time by one week.
In view of the above, approval may please be accorded for extending the tender
submission time i.e. up to 12.11.2014 at 3.00 hrs.
The corrigendum shall be uploaded on BHEL website & CPP portal.
