Potrebno:

- 1 pilee belo meso


- 1 vea argarepa
- 1 glavica crnog luka
- 2-3 ena belog luka
- 250 g pirina
- celer
- list peruna
- biber
- zain

Piletinu kuvati 15 minuta. Dok se piletina kuva, na malo ulja propriti crni luk zatim dodati iseenu argarepu i beli luk. Dodati
pirina i piletinu iseenu na veliinu zalogaja. Naliti vodom u kojoj se kuvala piletina toliko da sve bud u njoj. Dodati iseckan
celer, perun i zainiti. Promeati i sipati u odgovarajui sud. Zapei na 200 C.
