1) Introduction:
Congestion in the ordering line is present and addresses the problem
encountered when trying to order food at the on-campus chick-fil-a.
2) Problem:
Mentioned as the 50-person queue in-between classes waiting for food,
sometimes with only 15 minutes before a students next class (who knows
whatever distance the next class may be, too).
3) Objectives:
Presently states to reduce the congestion.
4) Solution:
Offers an iPad solution to increase the amount of ordering stations.
5) Method:
Method is described as using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to enhance/increase
the efficiency of the ordering process, which will reduce the amount of time
spent waiting in line to get an order in.

Kiosk data will be researched and evaluated to see how to reduce waiting
time for orders while improving on order accuracy.

No timescale/schedule framework, other than due dates mentioned in class.
How long would installation take?

Employee at a different Chick-fil-a off-campus for 1.5 years.

The solutions seem to be self-maintaining as long as there is nothing wrong
with the iPads themselves (in which case, technicians would be called in to
service the devices).

Very detailed summary of how much each aspect of the device, stand, and
installation themselves will cost.

Inferred how problem came to mind and how to solve problem, but need to
state a conclusion.

Good way of thinking about an issue that would solve many peoples
