VACCINATION CLINICS
For Dogs, Cats, Ferrets over 3 months of age

Its New York State Law!


Even if your pet is strictly an INDOOR pet, it MUST BE VACCINATED against rabies!

Protect your family and pets by coming to any clinic listed below.
All clinics run from 6-8PM and are donation based

LOCATION: Outer West Main Street from Watertown City limit (Co Rt 190), go 1 mile towards Glen
Park. Take right at fork in road at White Rd, at the Glen Park sign, then immediate right to enter Jefferson
County Highway Department complex. Dog Control is in back left corner.

NYS Health Law states: Every dog, cat and domesticated ferret shall have all initial vaccinations
administered no later than four months after birth (must be at least 3 months for initial shot). Every
dog, cat and domesticated ferret shall have a second vaccination within one year of the first (if the
animal is kept current, the subsequent shots are good for 3 years after the initial 1 year shot)

If available, bring a copy of your pets last certificate of vaccination. Or, bring the following
information: Owners name, 911 address, town of residence, phone, each pet name, weight
(over/under 20 lbs), sex, breed, age, and color.

Dogs MUST BE LEASHED and cats MUST BE CONTAINED in carrier, pillow case, etc.
Public Health requests a $10.00 donation per animal to assist in defraying free clinic expenses.
