Calling people asking for donations is not easy and not ideal, you dont know what to expect when they answer, sometimes its hard to handle what they say and continue to carry yourself with professionalism. 3. How have I taken initiative to make my role here more fulfilling? Rose Taylor-You are very detail oriented you basically have taken in a project and made it your own. You have consistently stayed in your time frame, everything you are doing may seem redundant, today you cut Zoo coupons for 30 minutes but like I said, its beneficial. You continue to take ownership. 4. How have I helped benefit you and your workload? Rose Taylor-Oh my gosh, you have taken on a time consuming job, without you I would be lost and in over my head. I would be so far behind you have helped me immensely. I am always all over the place, assisting other team members, working on donations and events you have taken some stress off of me. 5. What can I do to continue being help for the organization? Rose Taylor-You can continue showing up on time and being dependable. You are a good documentator and very thorough. You always get everything done that I ask you to do. For example your marketing plan, I was very impressed. Dependability is huge for me and I can always count on you.
