    Dear Sir,
    I was a student for piping engineering in your college for the last batch and passed the full time course
    and I heard the certificates are ready now. I am presently working in Qatar, so I may not able to collect the
    certificate now and I was actually in need of the certificate for submitting to my company. I am writing
    this letter to authorize Mr. Deepak Johnson to collect my Piping engineering Certificate On his hand.
    Kindly consider this matter as urgent and accept this authorization letter to handover my certificate.
