Job Description- LMC is looking for a hard working safety oriented person to help run our S.W. office
along with assisting the senior field manager in the South. The J.R. field manager will be responsible for
overseeing 4-5 maintenance crews to ensure that the highest of standards are being met at each and
every property. The J.R. field manager will also monitor crew members to ensure their duties are carried
out to the fullest while making sure all team member are working in a professional safe manner.

Duties-Opening and closing of the office on a daily basis.

-Overseeing multiple crews on any given day.
-Ensure proper horticultural techniques are being carried out on all properties.
-Perform weekly training with crews with the ability to work with crews to provide continuing education.
-Time entry.
-Quality control of properties, the ability to resolve issues.
-Ability to hit the designated allotment of hours for each job. Goal and incentive driven.

Qualifications-
-Minimum 3 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience or a 2 or 4 year degree in
Horticulture or a related field.
-Possess a current drivers license.
-A strong understanding of commercial landscape maintenance with the ability to run various type of
machinery and tools.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Word, Excel, and email etc. Also have the ability to learn
and understand landscape planning and tracking software.
-Must have a strong ability to lead and supervise.
-Bilingual is a plus.
-The ability to pass random drug test along with any post- accident drug testing.
