Lau Ung Kiet welcomed the participants to the meeting and thanked them for their present. He also took note of others absence as they were on practicum.

3. Confirmation of minutes (2nd/ 2011)

The minutes of the previous meeting held on for 28 June 2011
were confirmed. Anna Munan (proposer); Kelvin Dale (seconder).

4. Deliberation of teachers day celebration

Lau Ung Kiet told that Teachers Day would be held on

11th July 2011, 9.00 a.m to 11.00 p.m at Dewan Besar
IPGKDA.
Selection of Committee for Teachers Day.
- All members agreed that Lau Ung Kiet as a leader of the
committee.

The chairman expressed for any suggestions of activities :

- Muhammad Shazwan suggested to hold the telematchs
(mini sports).
- Famieza Mairin suggested to make gift presentations.
- Kelvin Dale Yubidi suggested a dinner.
- The committee organised the flow of Teachers Day
systematically.

4.4

Closing ceremony of Teachers Day 2011.

- The chairman suggested to invite Tuan Pengarah IPGKDA
for giving speech and close the Teachers Day programmes.

5. Adjournment of meeting
- The chairman thanked all members again for being
present. Meeting adjourned at 12.00 p.m. The next
meeting was set tentatively to be held on 8th July 2011.
