Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company is at liberty to operate the Companys Account(s), subject
to the standard terms and conditions between the Company and the Bank governing operation of the
Company Accounts.
The Company acknowledges and agrees that the Bank shall be under no obligation nor liability to
inquire from the Company and otherwise verify the authority of the person using and accessing the
Reflex Cash Management Services and the Bank may treat such persons use and access of the
Reflex Cash Management Services as authorized by and binding on the Customer.
That this Letter is to be furnished to the Bank and shall remain in force until notice in writing to the
contrary is given to the Bank by the Company.
