Subject: Notice of Violation

This letter is to notify XTO Energy that on March 12, 2015, at 2:00pm, a violation was documented at the
Sue Barnett Gas Well Site located at 1809 Southeast Parkway.
Failure to: Follow the approved Transportation Route. This is in violation of Article VII, Section 7.01of
the City of Arlington Gas Drilling and Production Ordinance.
Description: A citizen witness and documented a Hodges Transportation truck delivering equipment to
the Sue Barnett drill site utilizing an incorrect transportation route. The truck was travelling westbound
on Sublett and made a left-hand turn onto New York Avenue.

Resolution: On March 13, 2015 the Operator was notified and all subcontractors were contacted and
reminded of the proper transportation route. No further action required.
