B) Context and Logistical issues:


In order for Ms. Chou to get her students to do the assignment, she will
need to find a way to get in touch with journalists, authors, and technical
writers in her area. She will need to communicate with them to find out if
they are interested in helping her students to learn the value of writing as a
career. She will also need to work out the details to arrange a meeting for
her students to interview the journalists, authors, and technical writers, as
well as allow for time for the students to work on their interviews and put
their projects together. The use of the computer lab will be important as
well as common areas to collaborate as a group. Each group will need access

to a computer to create their hypermedia. They may also need recording


equipment to gather the information from the person they are interviewing.
