COURSE WORK
Studied various commonly used numerical analysis methods for solving science and engineering problems,
and implemented them in Matlab and C++.
o Methods included Taylor polynomials and iterative root-finding methods.
o Compared different root-finding methods linear and quadratic interpolation.
Lead developer on programming project that involved designing and implementing software to create and store
student records, calculate tuition, and calculate loan repayment amounts.
o Assigned each task to a member of the group, complete with deadlines to complete algorithm
code, source code, testing and debugging.
o Once completed, integrated each piece of code from group members into main source code.
Ongoing project-developing a database application that mimics the student registration process.
o The project will be based around using queries, assigning primary keys and responsibility of the
users.
Upgrading the network infrastructure in the Engineering Computer Lab.
o Testing different routers signal strength to determine weak access points.
