found with a company which is based in Paris. You, being the chief
negotiator, have to contact the relevant person in that company and make a
deal with them. Please explain how would you do it and what medium of
communication would you prefer for this purpose. Make sure you give a
reason for every step you take in this buying process. Identify the encoder,
medium, message, decoder, feedback; and give suggestions on how the
communication process can be improved at each (given) level.
