WHEREAS, in compliance with existing Civil Service Rules and Regulations, the Personnel Selection Board of the Regional Human Rights Commission was constituted through RHRC Resolution No. 2013-007 dated February 18, 2013 with the responsibility to evaluate and recommend qualified applicants for appointment, and to formulate its own Guidelines and Procedures in the selection of the personnel of the office; and WHEREAS, considering that there are three vacancies in the RHRC to be filled up and fifteen new plantilla positions approved by the Department of Budget and Management, there is a need to reorganize the PSPB of the RHRC to select new appointees and promote existing RHRC employees; THEREFORE, the Commission En Banc hereby RESOLVES as it is hereby RESOLVED to reorganize the said Personnel Selection and Promotion Board and for the latter to promulgate its rules and guidelines consistent with Civil Service Rules.
