Week of March 30-April 3, 2015
March/April Happenings...
I think the kids had a lot of fun at our STAAR Wars Pep
Rally last Friday. Everyone was glowing while we sang
along to songs and danced around with our friends. The
most important message that I think meant the most was
when the 3rd-5th graders were simply told to do their best.
Fun was also had as we had 7 students make the grade to
be able to bring an electronic device to school on Friday for
a 30 minute free time. We are working on a Morning Math
incentive where if they make so many points in a week, then
they get to have a special surprise. This week, we will
complete three activities worth 45 points and have electronics day on Thursday since we have a holiday on Friday.
-- Report cards will be coming home on Thursday of this
week. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, I
would be happy to review your childs progress with you.
