RE: Jaclyn Hirohama Ms. Hirohama was a nursing student of mine in Fall 2014 in N320, Pediatric Clinical section at Kapiolani Community College Associate Degree Nursing program. I am a Faculty/Clinical Instructor in Pediatrics. Clinical site was at Tripler Army Medical Center. Ms. Hirohama was a wonderful nursing student during our time together in Pediatric Clinical rotation. She showed that is friendly and easily communicates with RNs, primary staff members and myself. She came to clinical well prepared and showed in depth knowledge of pathophysiology assigned to her. She has maintained a good working ethic by maintaining professionalism and willingness to learn about the pediatric population. Also, Ms. Hirohama has shown that she is able to adapt to changes in patient status and react in a positive manner. She has a positive attitude and an infectious smile that showed caregivers and parents of patients her ability to care for their loved ones safely. I highly recommend Ms. Hirohama for a position in your unit. She will be a excellent addition. If you have any questions please contact me at 808-223-6146 or via email at cadadas@hawaii.edu.
