will hold the following all-party meeting:

This meeting is held to allow the parties to present their views to the
Commissioners in a fair and controlled manner. (See Administrative Law
Judges Ruling dated January 23, 2015.) This meeting provides a reasonable
alternative to ex parte communications, which are prohibited in this proceeding.
(Id.) A subsequent ruling will establish the meeting agenda.
A quorum of Commissioners may attend all-party meetings noticed on the
Daily Calendar. This all-party meeting will be noticed on the Daily Calendar.
