Based on this point, actually all our group members have stick their point to the topic. For example, group member Gan Kai Seng has clear present introduction while during presentation and group member Kiing Kiu Hwang present body care when using product natural republic during presentation.

part of the presentation in an orderly fashion? Based on video, all the group members develop their part of the presentation in an orderly fashion. So, they improve a lot if compare with the last time bad presentation .Each member present in the way of step by step so that audiences can understand knowledge that the presenter given to audiences. For example, presenter Ong Ai Nie focus on the audience, this kind of attitude will make the audience more understand what she are talking about. (e) Were transitions between sections and presenters effective? Based on video, they had remind the audience they already ending their part. Our group member also introduce the next speaker while
they want to pass their time to the next
person. This will make audiences understand what the presenter doing on the stage. Besides that, all group member also improve on their gesture while their having their presentation.

(a) Did the presenters develop eye contact
with members of the audience? Every presenters develop eye contact with audience when they do their presentation. Making eye contact with the audience is very important for you to notice to the audience which is facing problem about your topic. From the video, we can notice that the presenter can be more qualified, skilled, competent, and valuable because they keep to make eye contact with audience. Besides, presenters become more trustworthy, honest, and sincere about the content of their presentation.
(b) Hand and body movements are
purposeful, not distracting. Presenters provide appropriate hand and body movements which are purposeful and not distracting. An appropriate body language can cause a presenter remain a good impression to the audience. Besides, it can point out the important parts of the presentation to the audience and let them can remember it. (c) Presenters do not read exclusively from note cards or visual aids. Presenters do not read from exclusively from note cards and visual aids but they memories and understand what they present about. They keep to focus to the audience while they doing presentation instead of read from the note or visuals aids because they do fully preparation before the presentation. This can help them to
enhance a presentation by adding impact and
strengthening audience involvement. (d) Presenters face the audience while speaking. From the video, we can see every presenter face the audience while speaking. Facing the audience can let a presenter look confidence about their content. Besides, you can capture your audiences attention to your presentation. Furthermore, you can show your respect to the audience if you face to the audience but not show your back side. (e) Presenters smile when doing presentation Presenters smile when they are doing presentation. Presenters start their presentation with a smile can let audience feel comfortable and friendly with the presenter. Besides, smile when you doing your

rather than from complete texts? The presenters speak without looking at the notes because they memorize all the notes and present with a good body language. When he or she is feeling nervous during the presentation, therein vocal distraction can be happen. (d) Did the group appear interested in, and committed to, the audience?
Yes. Our group appear interested in and
committed to the audience and make some joke to attract the audience with festive atmosphere because our group persuading effectively. The audiences will not feeling bored during your presentation when you are making some joke but make sure it not too much. When the presentation started, the presenters greet the audience for a positive impression. (e) Did the group try to be creative in their approach to the topic? Yes. Our group is the greatest performance shortfall in creativity and flair by using visual aids to our topic. Based on video that we recorded, some slide had use visual aids to make the audience focus on our topic. The audiences had looking at new visual aids while the speaker is addressing another point. For persuasive presentation, we added pictures to
beautify our slides and using some suitable
fonts to get audience attention. (f)
Did the presenters speak in a clear voice
that could easily be heard by everyone in the
audience? Yes. During our presentation, the presenters speak with clear voice level and maintain their eyes contact to the audience. The audience can heard or listen clearly and understand well for what has been delivered from the presenters. The presenters have strong eyes contact towards audience while speaking on the stage. Based on our video, we speak slowly and clearly voice so that the receiver can listen and understand well for what has been delivered from us. (g) Changes volume, pace and inflection appropriate to maintain audience attention.
Yes. The first impressions influence the
audience's attitudes to the presenters are with dress appropriately for the occasion. And we be prepared and believe in ourselves before the presentation begins. Some of the presenter change volume of the voice with the hands gestures to get the audience attention during presentation. Then, some of the presenter focus on the audience with keep moving whole space on the stage and smile to the audience based on our video. 4.
Visual Aids
(a) Visual aids are constructed of
sufficient size and are displayed so they can see clearly by all members of the audience. During presentation, presenter prepare the clearly slide words and large enough. So audience can see the slide clearly. Besides, slide had also use standard form such as Arial
which look like formal. Presentation slide had
also insert graphs or pictures are large enough for your audience to see. Presenter had also use some pictures to illustrate your point rather than words repeat what present on the stage. (b) How many visual aids should be used? The number depend on the speaker, the speaking style and the length of the presentation. Based on video that we recorded, some slide had use visual aids to get audience attention. A visual aids had also not visible after it has been used and the speaker has finished referencing it. The audiences had looking at a new visual aids while the speaker is addressing another point. (c) When appropriate graphics, animation and color are used effectively to enhance the intended message.
Based on video, our group had fulfill the
colorful part, we had use color to highlight important part. Besides, we also use bold or italic to increase audience readability. For the purpose of to get audience attention, we had use bright color to make small objects stand out. Based on graphic part, we had use graphics to show our presentation, we use some graphic to represent the following elements in our technical writing. Graphic had also used while we are using too many words to explain something. Lastly, animation part, based on our slide, our group have use some easy and clear animation. Animation used because it use to attract audiences attention. Besides, animation also make the slide more interesting.
(d) Visual aids are relevant and are seamless
incorporated into the presentation. Based on our presentation slide, our group have use relevant visual aids while present the product. We use relevant visual aids because we want to persuade audience to buy and let the audience do not confuse while presenter talking about their product. Relevant visual aids important in presentation because this will show that a clear link between what the audiences hears and see. (e) Selection of the best visual aids medium to use. The time and resources that are available to develop the visual aids. According to video, our group had select the best visual aids medium because a good presentation must have the best visual aids. The group does giving excessive detail about the topic to the audience. Audience can understand about the topic due to the clear supporting detail and information. (b) Did the group use a variety of supporting materials to develop their main points? Yes. The group does. The group is giving a meaningful main point and got full and understandable elaboration on the main point. The main point is very clear because that are
enough information and examples on the point.
The group also give a very good explanation to the point. (c) Was the supporting material relevant? Yes. The supporting materials are relevant to the main point that the topic has been choose by the group member. The supporting materials that provided by the group are enough to support the main point. The group also always shows the supporting material to show the used or function and the benefit of the supporting material (d) Did the group members appear conversant with and knowledgeable about the subjects presented? Yes. All the group members are knowledgeable about the subject that we presented. All of the group members are practice and done well during the presentation. For example, when the
audience ask question, the presenter can
answer the audience and give a good example to ensure the audience understand the answer. (e) Did the group fulfill time expectations?
Yes. The group has fulfill the time expectation
that has been assign which is 20 minutes in the presentation. They divide the time to each other by around 1 minute per person in their presentation and finish on time. The group has comply with the demand.
