Short Term Attendance Contract for Tre XXXXXX

My name is _________________________ and I understand that

good attendance and making it to class on time is very important
to my success in school. I understand that there may be factors
outside of my control that prevent me from attending school on a
daily basis, but pledge to do my best to transition from one class
to the next and not spend passing time socializing in the
hallways.
This contract is an agreement between myself and Mr.
Stauduhar for the week of February 23rd, 2015. The purpose of
this contract is to reduce my number of tardies and unexcused
absences this week.
