Format for Q&A

Audience members given sheet of A4 on their way in.
Asked to write name and question in both halves, detach
bottom half and pass to runners.
Encourage audience to do so at start (6.30-7.00) but will
be open to picking up questions throughout.
I will ask questioner to ask question, runners to also
handle lollipop microphones.

though not necessarily all to all, for reasons of time
