This graph shows the different types of Starwood properties. As you


can see 48% (518) of Starwood properties are managed and
unconsolidated joint venture hotels, 46% (499) are franchised hotels,
5% (59) are owned hotels, 1% (13) are vacation ownership resorts and
stand alone properties. Starwood is mostly made up of 4 types of
facilities.

This graph shows the number of different brands within the Starwood
Company. As you can clearly see, Sheraton has the largest amount of
hotels for the Starwood company whereas Element holds the least
amount of Starwood hotels. This graph also shows how well the
company is growing and which brands need to expand.

This graph shows the number of rooms within each brand of the
Starwood Company. Again, Sheraton hotel holds the largest amount of
rooms. With this graph, the numbers of rooms per hotel change yearly.
The Starwood Company is continuing to grow and have very new

brands. This graph will change completely within the next few years
especially if the economy continues to strengthen.
