Interim Order in the matter of Parivar Dairies and Allied Limited and PDA Foundation

Shri S. Raman, Whole Time Member, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has prima-facie found that
Parivar Dairies and Allied Limited ("the company") having its registered office at 302, Ganesh Plaza, Gola Ka
Mandir, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh and PDA Foundation ("the trust") having its office at G-4/25-26, Sector 16,
Rohini, Delhi-110085 have been illegally raising money from public and accordingly passed an interim order dated
March 30,2015 against the company and its promoter/directors, Shri Basant Lal Sharma, Shri Ahibaran Singh, Shri
Chandra Bhan Yadav and Pradeep Kumar Sharma and the trust and its trustees, Shri Neeraj Singh and Shri Bhanu
Pratap Singh under sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 65 of SEBI (Collective
Investment Scheme) Regulations, 1999 and SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to
Securities Market), 2003.
The order directs the company and its directors/promoters and the trust and its trustees, not to collect any fresh
moneys from investors under its existing scheme; not to launch any new scheme or plans or float any new
companies to raise fresh moneys; to immediately submit the full investor of the assets including land obtained
through money raised; not to dispose of or alienate any of the properties/assets obtained directly or indirectly
through money raised; not to divert any funds raised from public at large, kept in bank account(s) and/or in the
custody of the company and the trust. The order inter-alia directed the company and its promoters/directors to
furnish all the information/details as sought by SEBI within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order including,
details of amount mobilized and refunded till date, scheme-wise list of investors and their contact numbers and
addresses, details of commission paid on amounts mobilized, details of agents along with their addresses, audited
accounts for the last financial year and PAN of directors and trustees.
