To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the pleasure to get to know Kimberly Marchesseault the
last two years . My son had her for his 1st grade teacher last year and did
an amazing job with him. She has a great ability to connect with her
students and my son would come home on a regular basis telling me how
much he loved his teacher. Her work ethic is second to none as she puts
countless hours in whatever the task at hand is. She had a difficult
classroom last year and was able to table all the behaviors presented to
her without issues. She was very caring and at the same time firm when
she needed to be. That mix is essential with children today and she
demonstrated that quality. Professionally speaking she has great respect
from her colleagues and an even greater respect from her students. She
truly cares about each student that walks into her room. Kim would be a
great addition to wherever she is hired and would be greatly missed at our
school. We are fortunate to have such dedication. I write this letter of
reference with great respect for Mrs. Marchesseault. If I can be of further
