Subject: Request for reviewing seniority assigned vide above mentioned Gujrat Circle Ref. Letter No to The
JTOs promoted from TTAs under 35% & 15% quota as per above mentioned BSNL H.Q.Ref. Letter.
Respected sir,
In continuation of the pending issues covered in above mentioned Our Earlier Ref.Letter No
and With reference to the above subject, we would like to submit few lines for consideration of your good self
please.
Sir, for The JTOs promoted from TTAs under 35% & 15% quota, were assigned the year of vacancies /
recruitment based on the marks they obtain in exam, accordingly they were sent in JTO training. Now after the
completion of JTO Phase-I training, the marks of the training is to be considerd for inter seniority within the lot
of the respective year of recruitment / vacancies. But as per the Gujarat Circle office Letter No: HRD2/DEPT.JTO 35% /2013-14 Dtd: 02/06/2014 the year of vacancies / recruitment and seniority are differing in many
cases. Hence this issue was taken by us as per above our Earlier Ref.Letter No.s at (2) & (3).
Subsequent to that from Gujarat Circle it was referred to BSNL HQ. In turn BSNL issued clarification as
mentioned at above BSNL H.Q.Ref. Letter No: 5-6/2014-Estt-IV /2014 dated 04/12/2014 of BSNL H/Q.
Accordingly we request your good self to review seniority based on vacancies / recruitment year of
candidate will be considered based on marks obtained in LDCE examination and vacancies available in
respective year. Later on in the respective recruitment year, inter seniority will be decided based on marks
obtained during the training in RTTCs.
We are very much optimistic that our submission will be considered, which will further boost up the
moral of individual to work with more sprit for the cause of esteemed BSNL.
