    Some packages of the subject Project were completed, but work was stopped by Client.

    The Client (PHED) is interested to revive the subject Project, for which the revised cost
    estimate is being prepared. A large quantity of valves and fittings are to be installed on
    the pipeline conforming to the applicable requirements of API specification 5L for Line
    Pipe Grade X52 to supply drinking water meeting WHO requirements. You are requested
