SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MABELLE T. TAMBIS, of legal age, British Citizen, divorcee, a
resident of 15 Coates Terrace, Bradford, BD5 7AB, London, UK, and with
postal address at B10 L16, Milky Way St., Phase 2B, V&G Subd., Tacloban
City, do hereby make, constitute and appoint my mother DOLOROSA T.
TAMBIS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of Tacloban City, to be our
true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead, to perform
the following:
To represent me in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of Court
in all the proceedings of Civil Case No. 2004-03-45 entitled Glenn B. Erandio
vs. Mabelle T. Tambis for Declaration of Nullity of Marriage pending before the
Family Court of Tacloban City, Branch 7, 8th Judicial Region, Tacloban City and
more specifically to do any or all of the following acts and deeds which I could
do if personally present:
1. To represent me in the preliminary conference and pre-trial and all
stages of this case; to enter into an amicable settlement or submission
to alternative modes of dispute resolution; To agree to a simplification
of issues; To enter into stipulations or admissions of facts or
documents; To take up and agree upon such matters as may aid the
prompt disposition of the action.
2. To agree to amendments to the pleadings;
3. To sign the verification and certification of non-forum shopping for an
amended pleading, and to sign any and all documents or pleadings
which require my signature;
4. To file any and all necessary pleadings in connection with the aforesaid
case.
GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and or all of the foregoing acts and things
necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present, and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING any and all such acts and things
done under the premises by virtue hereof for all legal intents and purposes.
