Annual Meeting

Welcome and Introductions - Ed Skarnulis, President

Approval of Minutes of Last Year’s Annual Meeting - Sue Lane McCulley, Secretary

Review of Past Year - Bill Haschke, Treasurer and John Clark, Road Committee Chair

*Approval of Articles of Incorporation Amendments sent to members prior to the meeting.
5.
By-Laws Changes approved by the Board:
a. Change term of office from five years to four years.
b. Increase number of Directors from five to seven.
c. Members of the Board cannot be related to one another.
6. Procedure for the elections of Board and Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
Members: Every person who is the owner of a lot is a member of our Association. In no
case can more than one vote be cast with respect to any lot or living unit. When living
units are counted, the lot or lots upon which they are situated shall not be counted, i.e.,
they have one vote only.
7. *Board of Directors Election. People who have put their names forward for the Board
are: Anne Deshotels, Nella Gravenstein.

8. *ACC Election. People who have put their name(s) forward for the ACC are:
Tom Arcy.
9. *Proposed changes to Covenants regarding trees that were sent to members prior
to the meeting.
10. Future Plans: Fire hydrants, walking/jogging paths, street lights. Addressing
those needs will require collaboration with Aqua Water, Bluebonnet Electric, Bastrop
County Commissioners’ Court, and the Water Districts for construction on the easements
beside roadways.
