DID YOU KNOW THAT THE CURRENT RICHFIELD VILLAGE BOARD:
Increased your l2!QPertytaxes by an OUTRAGEOUS 3.950/0 (the
largest amount allowed by law) when many other local communities
have not put such a heavy tax burdenon their constituents. For example, both
the City of West Bend and City of Hartford had NO tax increase, the Village
of Slinger only had a 1% increase, and even the neighboring Village of
Germantown only had a 20/0 increase. YOU OUGHT TO BE OUTRAGED/

Wasted your hard-earned tax dollars by paying OUTRAGEOUSLY

excessive salaries to village employees. In 2009, the Richfield Village Board
paid former Village Administrator Toby Cotter approximately 1110,000 per year
plus benefits, M2-R-Y other -eommunit'es in this afsa-pay--MUCH 1.ESS for their
administrators who have more experience and greater job responsibilities than
those hired by the Village of Richfield. Annual administrator salaries in these
nearby communities are: 1) Village of Newburg ($51,000), 2) Town of Lisbon
($64,000), 3) Village of Kewaskum ($75,267), 4) Village of Slinger ($77,000),
and 5) Village of Jackson ($82,000). YOU OUGHT TO BE OUTRAGED/

Saddled your community with two costly lawsuits caused by two

OUTRAGEOUS village board decisions in 2008. One lawsuit involves the
village board's blatant violation of our community's 20-Year "Smart Growth"
Comprehensive Plan (which must be obeyed under state law), and the second
lawsuit was filed because the Richfield Village Board annexed property from the
Town of Polk after intentionally ignoring the Wisconsin Department of
Administration's written warnings that such annexation would be illegal and
against public policy. This is the first time in our village's history that it has
two big lawsuits against it. YOU OUGHT TO BE OUTRAGED!

OUTRAGED now, you certainly will be when an issue YOU care about appears
