Hi Leah,
I needed an excuse to reach out, and I found one. A few weeks ago, I argued an appeal on an idea submission (implied contract, not copyright)
case that we won on summary judgment in the trial court, and the DCA just affirmed. At the moment it's not for publication, but if it meaningfully
adds to existing law we may ask that it be published. At worst, it's another case establishing a right to summary judgment when there's concrete
evidence of independent creation -- even if the ideas are similar and even if the timing is suspicious.

Thought you might be interested, but more importantly (for me) it gives me a chance to brag, brag, brag. Hope you're well, and of course let me
