Youve been using a pizza delivery company for 3 years. Yesterday, you ordered 2
pizzas from the company. It took them 55 minutes to deliver the pizza instead of 20 as
they advertise, both pizzas were completely cold and one looked as if it was made
several days ago.
1. Write an email to a friend who also uses this pizza delivery. Express your feeling in
relation to the situation and make some suggestions. Write about 50 words. You have

Hi John,
Hows life? Id drop a line just to share a feeling of mine, its frustrated! Just ordered pizza yesterday and they
took an ages to deliver my order. To make it worst, both pizzas were completely cold and one looked as if it was
made several days ago.

Dear sir/madam,
In this e-mail I would like to express my upmost feelings of dissatisfaction towards a poor service I have
received from your company.
Yesterday I was ordered set of pizzas from your company; unfortunately they took longer time to deliver it to my
resident. In addition, pizzas thathave been delivered by your staff were completely cold and to make it worst it
looked as if/they was/were made several days ago. Above all, no-one took responsibility to sort out this matter in
spite of I have been your regular customer for more than five years.
I would appreciate if you look into this complain seriously as for me this is a big issue as it represent s an image
of your company. I would like to suggest that you must make sure your staffs omit the advertisement set by your
company to make sure that your company image would not have been destroyed by their terrible attitudes.
