Performance Objective 1: Grade 2 Geometry and measurement
(D) identify two-dimensional shapes, including circles, triangles, rectangles, and squares, as
special rectangles, rhombuses, and hexagons and describe their attributes using formal geometric
language;
I could use this activity to reinforce the shapes name with the image of the shape after learning
new shapes.

Performance Objective 2: Grade 2 Geometry and measurement

(F) compose two-dimensional shapes by joining two, three, or four figures to produce a target
shape in more than one way if possible;
I would use this in my classroom after the student had time to use the interactive game to
reinforce the adding of shapes we did by asking the student to draw two dimensional shapes on
their own.
