Questionnaire and Interview

As part of my analysis of the problems faced by the current system, as well as

get further details on the needs of the system, I plan to carry out an analysis
using questionnaires and interviews. I shall hand out questionnaires for Ms.
Maggie, Mr. Francis and Mrs. Felister to fill out, giving them a period of 1 day
before I collect them. This shall then be followed by an interview with each of
the 3 users of the system.
A copy of the questionnaire is attached on the next page.
As for the interview, I plan to use it to clarify unclear responses to the
questionnaire. Along with this I shall also pose some other questions relating
to the project, such as further details on how the current system works, how
the users would want the system to be designed, etc.
