About Elisabet Rodriguez Dennehy

Elisabet Rodriguez is the founder and president of Rodriguez & Associates, a


strategic consulting firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The firm
specializes in a customized approach to womens advancement in organizations,
yielding an increase in retention, team performance, engagement and
promotability.
Elisabet is actively involved in executive leadership programs, for multinational
companies in the US, such as KPMG, INPO, PPG, Westinghouse, EQT, GSK to
name a few, in Latin America with companies like Dow and in Prague, Czech
Republic with UniCredit and Microsoft as well as with the British Chamber of
Commerce and the US Business School of Prague, launching ground-breaking
executive programs for women.
Elisabet serves as lead faculty at the Duquesne University Womens Executive
Leadership Program, where she teaches Leadership, Change: The Organization
as a System, Ethics, and Global Issues in Organizations. She is also adjunct
faculty at Duquesne Universitys School of Business teaching, Strategy, and
Managing a Diverse Workforce.
For the last seven years she has been teaching, coaching, and mentoring as
faculty at the Executive Leadership Program for the University of Pittsburgh
in Prague, Czech Republic and Sao Paolo, Brazil. Some of the participating
companies: Dow, PWC, Deloitte.com, PPG, and CEZ.

speaking, Elisabet is the author of Can You Afford to Ignore Me? How to
Manage Gender and Cultural Differences at Work. The book enables executives
at all corporate levels to understand how to navigate the complexities of gender

Elisabet has been an ongoing contributor to Leaders Prague and Woman
Magazine premier publications for executives in Europes eastern region.

Keynote Speaker at Alliance for the Empowerment of Womens Event.
Sao Paulo, Brazil - 2014
Elisabet participated as a keynote speaker at a conference organized by the Alliance for
Womens Empowerment. She shared with them success stories of how her clients are
enjoying the rewards of gender integration. In attendance were executives from Dow
Chemical, Google, Motorola, Unilever, KPMG, Whirlpool, and Accenture.

Customized Gender Integration Workshop at KPMG


New York City - 2014
KPMGs Hispanic, Latino and Women networks sponsored its first strategic workshop
designed to provide a solid understanding of issues related to gender perceptions
that impact performance at work. Conducted by Rodriguez & Associates, the
workshop included tips and exercises that gave attendees a clear sense of direction for
implementing change.

ADHA event in Chicago, featured speaker- Chicago - 2011


Elisabet Rodriguez was a featured presenter at the American Dental Hygienists
Association (ADHA) leadership development weekend in Chicago. Titled Unleashing
Your Potential, this event brought together women of all experience levels from across
the country, as well as members of the ADHA Board of Trustees and Governance
Committee, with the goal of empowering, supporting, and developing womens
leadership skills.
