    As per compressive test results, it is observed that concrete samples fail to meet
    the required strength at specified date of curing. Please investigate and consider
    the following that might be the reason for failure in the results:

    Design Mix. Compare data of Trial Mix to Actual Design Mix.


    Procedure in getting concrete cylinders.
    Curing Methodology.
    Handling of samples prior to testing.

    The succeeding concrete samples will be strictly monitored to render the quality of
    work. Advice the local supplier regarding this matter.
