I feel that my past experiences in both work and internships, as well as my education in Mass
Communication, Public Relations, and Masters of Sport Administration, have prepared me with
the proper skills to excel in this position. I understand the significance of providing strong verbal
communication towards clients, creating a positive and strong message that reflects well on the
organization, and timeliness of completing assigned projects.
Through my time with the Masters of Sport Administration program with Belmont University, I
have had the opportunity to gain invaluable experience through several great internships.
Through these internships, I have been able to gain a better understanding of the sport industry in
marketing, sales, and fan development. I have also had the opportunity to work for a professional
hockey team and NHL environment as a Youth Hockey and Fan Development intern for the
Nashville Predators.
My academic achievements, as well as my experience in previous work and personal endeavors,
have provided me the groundwork necessary for a successful career within the sport industry. I
believe my communication skills, as well as hard work and commitment, are a great fit for the
responsibilities of this position. I am very eager to assist the Nashville Predators staff in
continuing to provide a positive and respectful message within the industry, while providing my
absolute best in communication, sales, and devotion in supporting the organization with team
work and diligence.
