menu.

To Preview a Document on Screen: Click the Print Preview button on the Standard toolbar or
select File o Print Preview from the menu.

To Print a Document: Click the Print button on the Standard toolbar, or select File o Print from
the menu, or press <Ctrl> + <P>.

To Exit Microsoft Word: Click the Word Program Close button or select File o Exit from the
menu.
