Additional Compensation available to Certified Teaching Staff

1.

*Professional Growth Certified staff can receive an additional $1050 for approved fifteen (15) credit hours during the
fiscal year.

Coaching Stipends Vary depending on coaching assignment

*Class Coverage Certified staff are eligible for $15 per class coverage after three (3) non-compensated coverages

2013-14 SY - 301 Classroom Site Funds (TBD subject to change based on annual state revenues and employee eligibility)

Base = 2.5% of current contract pay

Menu = $1500.00

Performance Pay = $2100.00

2013-14 SY - Instructional Improvement (Indian Gaming) - $345.00 (TBD subject to change based on annual state
revenues and employee eligibility)

*Special Education Teachers are eligible for the following based on assignment (subject to availability of funds)
a.

$1500 One Time Stipend for all Special Education Placements (payment spread over the school year)

b.

$3000 Yearly Stipend for placement in the MD, MIID, MOID, Medically Fragile, and Success Seminar settings
for the duration of the school year (payment spread over the school year)

Note: Teacher is defined as any contracted certified staff member holding a valid Arizona teaching certificate who spends at least 50% of
their job responsibilities involved in the instruction of students.
