    NOTICE TO THE MARKET
    BM&FBOVESPA S.A. Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (BM&FBOVESPA), in
    addition to the Notice to the Market released on April 2, 2015, announces that after
    reviewing with its legal counsel the assessment notice from the Brazilian Tax Authority
    questioning the amortization for tax purposes in the tax years of 2010 and 2011 of the
    goodwill that resulted from BM&FBOVESPAs acquisition of Bovespa Holding S.A. in
    May 2008 (Goodwill), considers the chance of loss associated with this tax procedure
    as remote. Furthermore, it reaffirms its conviction that the Goodwill was regularly
    created, in conformity with tax laws.
    Finally, BM&FBOVESPA clarifies that it will continue to work with its legal counsel in
    the administrative appeal to the assessment notice in due time.
