DIMENSION 1: PERFORMANCE
The performance of Samsung Galaxy S4 is up to the level as promised by the company. The speed of
preforming the task on the cell phone and multitasking feature of S4 is due to the high performance quad core
processor chip and a multi GB ram. There is no lagging during the use and performs well during the use of
heavy (more memory requiring) applications.

Galaxy S4 is a product on which we can rely for our tasks and other jobs which needs to be done fast.
Through S4 we can perform those immediate tasks on the go.

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd has announced that all of their business sites have received ISO 50001
certification, the international energy standard. All the processes and products of Samsung including Galaxy
S4 are up to the quality standards set by the company.

Galaxy S4 is serviceable i.e. it can be repaired if damaged. There are easy replacements to the damaged parts

This dimension has a bit lacking when it comes to Galaxy S4. There is a very slight change in the appearance
of S4 as compared to the precious model i.e. Galaxy S3. Beside this, S4 has a very decent and executive look.

DIMENSION 8: PERCEPTION
The perception of S4 is that, it is reliable and durable as well. Money worth cellphone because of the ease and
features it provides. On the dark side, the plastic body of S4 leaves a negative image on the non-Samsung
users that it must be cheap or not that durable as promised by the company.
