    I am a transferee from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Civil
    Engineering program in 2009. Presently, I lack two subjects (CE 411-Civil Engineering Laws, Contracts and
    Ethics and ENGG 411-Engineering Economics) to complete my requirements for my 4th year standing.
    In this light that I would like to request your good office to kindly allow me to enrol CE PRACTICUM II this
