The fitness craze called 'FigureRobics', originally from South Korea, is making its way to the Philippines.
'FigureRobics', which is also huge in Japan and China, is a combination of aerobics and dance moves to help fitnessseekers get to their weight goal.
Diet writer and fitness guru Jung Da Yeon, a mother of 2, is set to introduce 'FigureRobics' to Filipinos, herself.
Jung is a household name in fitness in Korea and has released several workout videos and diet books. In Korea, she
is fondly called "momjjang".
"It's an exericise where you use your muscles in a 30-minute workout without break. It aims to cut down your weight,"
says Jung.
Jung will be working out with Filipino fitness enthusiasts at the Activity Area of Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City
on April 11, 2015. The event starts at 5 p.m.
