    wouldbepossibleinformaldebate,inastructuredenvironment.Purposesarentnecessarybut
    areappreciated,andhelptheflowofdebate.Ifthereisapurposeforthemoderatedcaucus,then
    forthedurationofthecaucus,speakersmuststayontopic.
    Ex:Motionfora10minutemoderatedcaucuswitha30secondspeakingtimeforthepurpose
    ofdebatinghowmuchtheinternationalcommunityshouldaidrefugeesthatenterothercountries
    illegally.

    UnmoderatedCaucus:Thisisthetypeofcaucusinwhichdelegatesleavetheirseatstointeract
    andspeakfreely.Thisenablesthefreesharingofideastoanextentnotpossibleinformaldebate
    oreveninamoderatedcaucus.Youwillbeabletomovearoundandcooperatewithother
    delegatesinacompletelyunstructuredmanner.

    CloseDebateonaresolution:whenthetopichasbeenthoroughlyaddressedbythecommittee,
    closingdebateonanactionorderisrequiredbeforemovingintovotingprocedurestoclose
    debate2proand2conspeechesarerequired

    Therewillbetwoprospeechesforclosingdebateandthentwoconspeechesagainstclosing
    debate.
