    ModeratedCaucus:
    AtypeofcaucusinwhichdelegatesremainseatedandtheChaircallson
    themoneatatimetospeakforashortperiodoftime,enablingafreerexchangeofopinionsthan
    wouldbepossibleinformaldebate,inastructuredenvironment.Purposesarentnecessarybut
    areappreciatedandhelptheflowofdebate.Ifthereisapurposeforthemoderatedcaucus,then
    forthedurationofthecaucus,speakersmuststayontopic.
    Ex:Motionfora10minutemoderatedcaucuswitha30secondspeakingtimeforthepurpose
    ofdebatingwhattodonext.

    UnmoderatedCaucus:
    typeofcaucusinwhichdelegatesleavetheirseatstointeractandspeak
    freely.Thisenablesthefreesharingofideastoanextentnotpossibleinformaldebateorevenin
    amoderatedcaucus.Thisistheonlytimeinwhichthedaiswillacceptjointactionorders.
    Ex:Motionfora10minuteunmoderatedcaucus.

    IntroduceanActionOrder:
    aftertheunmoderatedcaucusinwhichjointactionordersare
    submitted,themoderatorwillacceptmotionstointroduceanactionorder.Thismeansthatyou
    wouldbegindebateoverthatspecificactionorder(debatesincludeopeningspeakerslistand
    moderatedcaucuses).Thedebatemayevenbeskippedandmovedstraightintovotingprocedure,
    howeverskippingdebateisdiscouragedunlesstheroomexpressesageneralconsensus.Later
    debateclosesoverthatorderandvoteonit.
    Ex:Motiontointroducetheactionorderofsending300troopstoNorthernNorwaytoend
    uprisings.

    CloseDebateonanActionOrder:
    whenthetopichasbeenthoroughlyaddressedbythe
    committee,closingdebateonanactionorderisrequiredbeforemovingintovotingprocedures
    toclosedebate2proand2conspeechesarerequired
    Ex:Motiontoclosedebate.
    Therewillbetwoprospeechesforclosingdebateandthentwoconspeechesagainstclosing
    debate.

    ProandConSpeeches:
    whenamotiontoclosedebateismade,proandconspeechesare
    requiredthereare2prospeechesand2conspeeches
