Our goal is to match and exceed our clienteles expectations while sharing the same appreciation for music as you the customer does. We want to trust our valued customers the best we can but lately statistics have revealed loss of profits due to copyright infringement by copying music off of our music mediums such as CDs and returning them. With the recent widespread of CD copying, we had to revoke our no-questions-asked return policy. We still offer refunds, but only on items that havent been opened. Therefore to qualify for a refund your purchases had to have been still sealed. Because we honor the opinion of our customers and take all dissatisfied cases seriously, we apologize for any discontentment and will look into any sound quality defects found in our other products. We also ask that you bring in your unfulfilling purchases so one of our professionals can assess them and possibly give you an exchange or store credit depending on the extent of the defect.
