Dear Families,
I hope everyone had a great and relaxing break. This week we are going on our field trip to the
Shuwaikh Water Desalination Plant. I know that the students will get a lot out of this trip. We
will also be focused on finishing up our unit and answering the four questions below in relation to
our central idea. Your children will be working on a project during the week for an Invention
Convention. More details to come!

Ask and answer who, what, when, where, how, and why to demonstrate understanding of
details in text

Read and Retell

Math

Measure the length of an object by selecting and using appropriate tools

(meters and cm)
