Prevailling Taxes, Levies & Govt.Duties at the time of despatch will be applicable.
VAT/Local Taxes /Octroi will be extra as applicable.
Unloading/ Varai /Hamali charges at the destinations will be extra and shall be borne by the customer.

Any complaints of Products /Shortage, Damage, Defects etc of whatsoever in nature will be entertained
only if GRC Copy is received by fax within 24 hrs at respective Branch Office & CMO from the date of receipt of material.
7) Disputes , if any arising out of any transactions shall be subjected to the jurisdictions of MUMBAI court only.
8) ASIS Plain & Prelaminated MDF Board - Conforming to BIS Standard.
9) Incase of any manufacturing defect, our liability will remain to the cost of Invoice Material Only.
