Lindsay is a natural leader, who shows a love for teaching. She is a quick learner and took any suggestion given to better her teaching. She is very reliable, and was always very well prepared.

Lindsay is a kind, and caring person. She shows interest in all students and continued to build great
relationships with all of them. Lindsay did make some changes to work for different levels of students.
She is also good to check with students who need extra support, and also scribing.

Lindsay is always open to feedback and is great to be honest on how she feel she can grow.

Lindsay always had great engaging lessons which covered many different learning styles. She was
great to plan a hook to grab students attention, and then also relate the lessons to her hook.

Lindsay has very interactive lessons that held students attention. She is very good to question
students to check for understanding, then work small group, then finally independent. She is very
flexible and was always ready when there was a change.

Lindsay is much more aware of off task behaviours and is firm but also fun. She creates a good
learning environment and is always walking around checking for learning, and questioning students
thinking.
