My warmest and sincerest congratulations to Northern

Negros Electric Cooperative (NONECO) on the success of the
conduct of their Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA)!
The ideal purpose by which every cooperative is anchored
upon is that it achieves in the most effective and efficient manner
the lofty goals of the organization, whether for economic or social
end. On the part of NONECO being an electric cooperative, every
member-consumer deserves nothing less but the best service it
can offer.
It is thus timely and significant that this years AGMA theme,
Service to the fullest! Service at its best! NONECO F.I.G.H.T.S!
centers on the commitment of NONECO to deliver excellent
service to their member-consumers. It is both commendable and
challenging at the same time considering the demands of the
growing need of power and energy especially in the advent of the
ASEAN integration.
Be that as it may, the Municipal Government of E. B.
Magalona, as always, is one with NONECO in its quest for service
excellence and enjoins every stakeholder to put out their best
efforts to spread and maintain energized communities throughout
the coverage area.
